I strategize and plan for the day ahead, encouraging myself not to see myself as a loser. I pledge to rise and treat myself with kindness, avoiding rushing and maintaining a calm demeanor. I will prioritize activities that bring me joy and strive to enhance my confidence. These 8 minutes have proven to be the most valuable moments of my day, as this routine has significantly nurtured my capacity for tranquility and patience.
