I have a cell phone which is locked.

You can see that here the first is my name, the second is my blood group and the third is my close friend's number.

Here's the procedure.

Click on the lock screen and password.

Click on Advanced Settings

Click on the lock screen owner

Then you will see a screen where you can enter your important information.

Save and click exit
