Can having complete knowledge about an individual affect their ability to act freely? If so, how does this apply to an omniscient God?

Consider all of God’s many attributes, not just His omnicience. Otherwise you have tunnel vision and overlook the rest. Only God can do whatsoever He pleases. There are things that He can’t do, such as sin, or act against whatever He has decreed. He can’t forgive blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, for example. To do so would make Him a liar. He can’t change, because He is perfect and to change would make Him imperfect. God can’t do anything that is against His nature, but this isn’t a problem for Him because He has no desire to do so anyway. We are finite and limited, constrained, influenced, coerced, by our depraved nature. This isn’t free will. We have a depraved nature. So we are self centered, self willed, and our wills are contrary to the will of God, which, without the love, mercy, and grace of God leads to misery, destruction, death, and ultimately everlasting damnation in the lake of fire.

Here’s a list of God’s attributes that I am aware of:

Loving

Merciful

Gracious

Sovereign

Majestic

Holy

Just

Good

Perfect

Pure

Spirit

Alive

Glorious

Infinite

Incomprehensible

Independent

All seeing

Omniscient

Omnipotent

Omnipresent

Infallible

Immutable

Eternal

Triune

Immense

Blessed

Immortal

Wise

Free

Absolute

Invisible

Aseity
