It depends on different universities and individual pace to cover the school requirements to finish the MBA program within schedule but averagely it takes about 18–24months (i.e., about 2years) which is usually 12 courses and 3 specialized courses inclusive, with the right tools (internet phones, good laptop/computer, and stable and strong internet) in place and conducive environment for learning.
For online MBA, it requires a lot of self-discipline, ability to read, assimilate, understand the lessons, have a retentive memory, carry out a lot of research and put together very good write up or solutions to assignments which must be plagiarism-free to earn a fantastic grade and avoid being penalize base on school policy.
All things being equal, exceptionally brilliant working class students may finish 100% online MBA within a duration of 7months while non-working students may finish MBA program within 5months because they can take like 2-3 courses per term, have all the course work on their mobile phones, watch the video lecture online, prepare and submit all assignments via mobile phone through the school platform, write their tests and prepare for proctored exams at their own pace while studying through the school calendar as required and they also use any slight opportunity to make up lost time. Like I said earlier, it requires a lot of sleepless nights, hard work, focus and more to get an MBA within short period of time.
