Seeing the ways that technologies are changing our lives and I'm paranoid about the future. Will there be no more face-to-face classes and only online classes? No more in-person jobs? Are we never going to leave the house again? What do I do?

Technology has been changing our lives for thousands of years … we should be grateful rather than paranoid.

In your case, you are simply assuming that the present is an ideal and that things should be the same forever … but that has never been the case. Your questions are baseless and the future will not change that much in your lifetime.

So you should simply let others advance technology and you should adapt to it where necessary …like you have been doing already but without the fake paranoia :-)
