What are the pros and cons of online learning versus traditional schooling?

In my experience, online learning offers flexibility and access to diverse resources, allowing me to study at my own pace. However, I miss the face-to-face interaction and community that traditional schooling provides, which can enhance motivation and learning. It really depends on personal preferences!
