What were you doing before writing this answer?

When I was in prison , I loved writing letters home .It took me away from prison for a little while and at the same time it passed a little bit of time.

I am out now and do not write many letters. However, I do write on here and it is like therapy for me. Not only do I like writing answers and sometimes asking questions, I also love reading answers on here. One thing I have learned how to do on here is to answer a prison question without a flood of memories coming back. Where I first started answering questions on here , it was hard to get the answers written, because of all the memories that would come and distract me. But I have learned how to overcome that. If you look at some of my early answers , they are not good answers because they are kind of short. That is because I was having problems.

So answering questions on here has helped me over time and also the support has helped me. But some may ask , why to you answer prison questions to begin with? Because I want to give people answers they are looking for. I want to educate people on the prison system and maybe I it will get some young person from making bad choices that will end them in prison
