Add two new secondary characters and a new subplot. An example would be in Much Ado About Nothing, where the main plot is, of course, Claudio, Hero, and the villain, Don John—but the secondary subplot is the relationship between Beatrice and Benedick which is just as memorable as the main plot (if not more so to modern sensibilities).
