Is knowledge just empirical qualia that is resistant to Cratylism in your view?

If somebody hits you on the head with a baseball bat, you are likely to experience all sorts of qualia, but it would be hard to say whether any of them, separately or together, amount to knowledge. No need to bring in any ancient views about the meaning of words. Some knowledge is the result of conscious processes in the brain (might involve some interpretation of qualia). But some knowledge is subconscious or unconscious (no qualia). I discuss some of the key items in my paper “A Cellular and Attentional Network Explanation of Consciousness” (Consciousness and Cognition 83 (2020) 102982).
