Is it necessary for every person writing an answer to have perfect English skills in terms of spelling and grammar? Why or why not?

I think the answer could be ‘maybe’. Basically I think that if one person is going to give a lesson to another, he needs to know what he’s talking about. But Quora gives the opportunity for others to make corrections. So the extent of knowledge is not so important.
