Was writing in a complex style like that those of the New Testament common in the age it was written in?

Some people think of anything before their era was backward and ignorant. Far from it!

Among those who were NOT writers of the Bible, we have all the records of the Babylon, and other empires where complex laws and discussions of morality and philosophy, were contemporizes of the writers of the Bible.

So no one should think that because it was thousands of years ago, every one wrote like the old “Dick and Jane” books we had in schools decades ago.
