I recently enrolled in a TEFL course and, unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. The main issue is the arbitrary account suspensions. My account was suspended with no clear explanation, leaving me frustrated and unable to access my course materials when I needed them most.

Customer support was unresponsive and didn’t provide any helpful information. I felt completely left in the dark, which made the entire learning process incredibly stressful. It’s hard to focus on studying when you’re constantly worried about whether your account will be suspended at any moment.

I expected a professional learning environment, but this has been more of a headache than a helpful course. I can’t recommend this program if you value stability and support in your educational journey. Proceed with caution!
