I don’t think that people who read my stuff like getting lied to.
I’ve always stated that it’s too early to predict which side will win the war but at the same time, I’m carefully optimistic that it will be the right one.
Furthermore, “Putin being overthrown” would be one of these unpredictable “Black Swan” events that may determine the outcome of the war. Chances that something like this is going to happen are rather slim but not zero.
The only disappointing thing is the weather here.
As for the Russian mobniks “being massacred”, I’m strongly convinced that this is a fact. As good as every Ukrainian frontline soldier I spoke to is talking about it and it’s highly unlikely that that they all conspired against me to serve me a lie.
So yes, I believe that what I write is true. It’s not the complete picture as l sometimes need to omit details or facts because revealing certain information is not permitted and may jeopardize my journalist status.
And, of course, I also do not have access to all the sources in the world so that I often have to make educated guesses about the developments here.
Altogether, I think I’m truthful. I may get a detail wrong or two but I write about the stuff I know and I do not intentionally bullsh*t people.
If you want to help me support Ukrainian volunteers (civilian and military, foreigners and locals), please use the contact email in my profile description.
