How do I write that a meeting has finished on an itinerary? It's an event on government level, so bureaucratic, where there won't be a second meeting (so not adjourned). At the end of itinerary, can I write 'Meeting closed' or 'Meeting concluded'?

Which word depends on the nature of the event. In some instances, both words may be fit, as in The 2023 XYZ Council Registration of Youths for Empowerment Grants Closed/Concluded. For other programs, one could beat the other as the right word, as in The Federal Government Special Intervention on Job Creation Concluded.
