Really don't have any good answers but I suggest you try to have CONTENTS. Follow people with a lifestyle if you don't have one. Better still have a plan on what content(s) you love to offer and follow people and topics on such content(s). If you don't have a lifestyle try to have a friend who has such and don't be scared or proud to always ask for help. Never stop asking for help and keep seeking information
