How do you demonstrate problem solving skills in solving problems in teams?

One way is to make sure to get all team member perspectives and weave them together if possible.

Then, as possible solutions begin to form, make sure to validate all information being used and that all assumptions people are making are identified and tested.

Then, make sure everyone really understands and agrees to the way forward. If not, do not proceed until all issues are resolved.
