Who can develop effective interpersonal communication skills being an active listener?

The listener! Interpersonal communication doesn't require skills, it requires the will to make it work, to share that you care, you want this! The only skill needed is being blunt and let it out. If it comes out wrong or hurtful you just tell the Truth. You suck at it and want to get better at it. Nobody gives grieves to someone that is not scare and have the guts to try to get better at. If so, don't waste your time, find someone else to develop your anything you wish, really. Be humble, diplomatic and don't be scare to show humility, people with empathy will line up to help you! If you're a woman, sprinkle a little attribute if needed. I'm pretty sure you have a good knowledge on how to manage that one! 😜
