What skills do you think will be most important for success in the job market of the future?

I believe technology will play a great role in every aspect of life as we have seen over the last decade (2014- present) with online businesses and e-learning, virtual meetings, deliveries and more flexible work options. Being able to use apps for learning skills, organizing, planning, budgeting , traveling, eating and exercising will be very important and give people an edge over others compared to before.

I think it will come a time when manual labor will be irrelevant and robots and AI will take over. Especially in the service industry.

One day we might just have automated systems for everything. It might be already there in Japan and USA but me I live in Africa. We don't have very advanced technology but we are almost there.

There is a big gap between the rich and the poor and only those who can afford it will be able to enjoy it as others wallow in poverty in the next place.
