Know your product, inside and out. If you cannot answer a particular question, don’t fudge on it, but get back to your buyer with an answer ASAP.
Get to know your customer and use theri name during conversation.
Having a bull-dog mentality by hanging in there when the going gets tough can make the difference between a sale and seeing your customer walking away.
Speaking well, no slang , can pay off in spades.
Remember this tired old saw: The sale begins when the customer says no.( still true today)
