How can I improve my note making skill?

How can I become a more efficient note taker?

Go out and take an Interview of a Police-Officer,

you can see that they are taking note-every time,-while standing idle-

or some security officer, they could be the best teachers.

When i was researching on note taking,2012

when asked a cop in Kitchener-Ontario about note taking,

he said “write down as it is”. may be he meant not adding any opinions and imaginations to your observations-keeping our Ego and emotuions aside-i feel that was happening-
