How do I stay calm in this noisy world?

The eventful journey with others in same frame of reference may be labeled as ‘hullabaloo’. You have coined ‘noisy world’ for the same. We are influenced by the events. We are capable of influencing others as well. Only a limited calmness is achievable. That requires us to familiarize ourselves with the nature of noise and adjust our thresholds accordingly so that our tuning to the external world is improved.

When thresholds of different bearings are adjusted and body accepts the changes, our itchiness factor becomes weaker. Its drop in level manifests as overall mental calmness and harmony.

In my case, I feel happy for a short while and return to normal average level of thinking/feeling. If something sad is observed/sensed, I feel disturbed but due to mental adjustment, I return back to normal after a short while, say half an hour or so. If someone makes me angry, it is only for short while. So on and so forth. Thus, stay calm is in fact sensing, feeling and returning back to usual level.
