What are some habits that are good to get into?

I will share three habits that can make your life wonderful.

Take a sleep of 7–8 hours. I have experimented with the sleep cycle a lot. I tried 3, 4, 5, and 6 hours during my competitive exam preparation days. As I prepared for UPSC with a full-time job, I always tried to cut short my sleep time. However, It always backfired. For a healthy body and mind, sleep of 7–8 hours is mandatory. No compromise with it.

Learn to listen to what you dislike. Yes, develop the art of toleration. Respect and honor the differences. This will give you peace of mind.

Learn to ignore things that bother you too much. I had a bad habit of thinking too much about anything that used to bother me. I used to get distracted and confused a lot. With time, I have learned how to reroute my mind. Don’t lose the grip of your wandering mind, be in control.
