What do you know a lot about?

51 years ol I've been to hell and back more times than I care to remember and I'm here now I know a lot about surviving that's something you can really talk about or tell how to do on paper it's a hands-on experience that you just have to show I can never talk about how I survive I can just tell you that I did it and I'm here now survival with something that we shouldn't have to do but if you have to do it do it well are you going to hell
