Morning walk!
I started morning walk to lose weight but now I do it just because it's so refreshing. I walk about 30–60min each day, fortunately the place I go to walk on is very quite and surrounded with trees and farms, I don't play any music, so it helps to blend in with the environment.
Walking actually helps you think better, so early morning I get two advantage while walking
I get to know what thoughts are on my mind these days
There are no distractions so I can get to end of the thought and actually clear my mind (Which in today's world almost impossible to achieve.)
I can't describe in words how much it has helped me, it has been like a form of meditation to me.
