Is knowledge truly power and is wisdom more valuable than knowledge? Why or why not?

To me this is a case where we can get caught in the meaning of different words.

I use the word “knowledge” when I am describing raw information on a subject.

Is knowledge valuable?

Of course.

“Wisdom” , as I see it, is knowledge that has been tested over time for practical use.

Using my definitions both are valuable and increasingly so with what I consider wisdom to be.

And perhaps we could even say knowledge has potential “power” while wisdom shows us how that specific knowledge is powerful.
