Yes, there are many platforms and ways through which anyone can learn any programming language independently. Programming is a skill that anyone can learn free at home and become an expert in any programming language through online resources. There are both paid resources and free resources as well. But there are many free resources that I don’t think any beginner needs a paid online tutorial Moreover, most resources issue their certificates when you pay them but you can learn almost everything for free and become an expert.

YOUTUBE: YouTube is the vast platform on which you can find much information on programming languages. Some best channels that will teach you programming language in a simpler way from basic to advanced and can make you an expert in programming are CODE WITH HARRY(python, C, web development), WScube tech, Simplilearn, free code camp, Intellipat, Apna college, KG coding b prashant sir etc. You can explore more channels on YouTube related to programming language.

EDX: It is also the best platform where you can learn many programming languages for free issued by Harvard University and taught by the best teachers from Harvard University. But you have to pay for getting its certificate after completion of the course.

COURSERA: It is also the best online platform where you can access the best courses in a programming language but on some courses, you have to pay to access its advanced test and also to get its certificate.

Udemy: It is also one of the best paid online platforms for learning programming skills and you can get the best programming courses on it. Also, you can get a certificate by completing courses from there.

These are some resources but you can get enough content on YouTube that you don’t need any other platform. First select the programming language that you want to learn and follow its roadmap then after learning basics of programming language, make its projects and push it into your Git Hub.
