Is traditional education still relevant in the age of online learning?

For context, I run an online learning company and have been in this space since 1999. I frequently advocate for online learning in speaking engagements.

I have a brilliant engineer/architect as a biz partner. She’ll read about a technology then find an expert in the field and spend several sessions working with them, filling in her knowledge gaps and cementing her knowledge recall by putting the new lesrnings into practice.

She learns at hyper speed with amazing recall using this process.

Hard to develop mastery in a vacuum! Teachers are knowledge facilitators as much as instructors.
