You can have the degree (in Spain there's ESMTC) but you need palpation. You can, however, learn all the theory and treat some basic pathologies.
Wgat you can't do is study tcm by yourself, because you will end up needing specific points because your book told you to, not because you understand all the body, zangfu and qi mechanisms.
