I’m kind of new and not familiar with book writing, publishing, and all. Is there any literary agent here who could help me (the book is LGBTQ+)?

You write the book yourself. You can get help via books about writing, blogs about writing, and writing workshops.

You edit and polish the book yourself. You can get help by hiring (and paying for) a professional editor.

You learn about publishing and getting a literary agent by reading books about publishing and blogs about publishing.

No one is going to hold your hand and walk you through this.
