Here’s what I read:
You want to use something at sub-moron level to fix your grammar.
Why?
Why on Earth do you think they can do a better job than a person?
Join a writer’s group where everyone critiques everyone else. You’ll learn something from that, instead of just getting it ‘fixed’ by bad code.
Get the book professionally edited, where they supply a list of changes, and you do the actual corrections. That’s how most writers who continue on learn how to edit and proofread. But having someone point out all their mistakes, and then them actually making the corrections.
If all you want is the quick fix, you’ll never get any better.
Bots are not the answer. They’re the curse.
You learn by writing, editing, evolving as you edit and proof, and gaining awareness of your blind spots.
The Bots can’t help you with any of that.
Besides, consider what the bots are trained on: Literary styles long out of date, fan fiction, poetry, the badly written inanity of the internet.
None of that is training good bots. Not good enough for what you want to do anyway.
