I recently enrolled in the Content Writing course with high hopes of improving my skills, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The primary issue? None of the videos worked. From the very beginning, I encountered issues with loading and playback. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, the videos either failed to start or froze halfway through, rendering them useless.
This is a major problem for a course that relies heavily on video content to teach essential skills. Without access to these materials, I found myself lost and unable to grasp the concepts that were supposed to be covered. It’s disheartening to invest time and money into a course only to find that the core component is non-functional.
Furthermore, customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond. I reached out multiple times for assistance, but the responses were either generic or irrelevant, failing to address the core issue of the non-working videos.
Overall, I cannot recommend this course in its current state. Until the video issues are resolved and customer support improves, it’s impossible to justify the investment. I hope the course creators address these problems soon, as it has the potential to be valuable if they can fix these fundamental technical issues.
