No agent is going to be interested in a novella.
Nor are publishers.
The only thing you can do with a novella is put it on KDP and the other sales platforms.
But short books don’t sell very well unless you can push a lot of people towards it yourself.
Short books also don’t pay very well.
As a first time author, a novel commands $2.99, but a short only 99c. That 99c only has a 35% royalty. Takes a lot of sales to make anything.
Keep writing until you have a decent length novel. Then start thinking about publishing.
A single book with nothing following it for a long time, and no launch, will just plink into the abyss and be lost forever.
A trilogy of novels, with a novella prequel, on rapid release pre-orders a month apart with a series page, has a decent chance of being seen.
As far as agents go, you need a completed and well edited novel.
