If I were to get into the habit of writing something everyday, what would I write?

I woke up at 3:00 am feeling anxious about I don’t even know what. Have you ever felt generalized anxiety you cannot pinpoint on anything specific? Write about that.

The alarm goes off and I stretch out my foot looking for Boyfriend’s foot. He’s not here. He has been traveling and I bask in the glory of having my place to myself but still miss him. Have you ever felt two seemingly conflicted things? Write about that.

I lie in bed pondering my next move. I should go back to sleep. I could really use the rest. I need to go for a run - it will be hard to exercise later in the day. I should go to my computer and get a head start on work. Have you ever been a witness to an argument in your brain so loud you feel paralyzed? Write about that.

You have so much to write about, and you haven’t even gotten out of bed.
