Do Israelis all know to script right-to-left? How did Hebrew writing change since the Holocaust?

Every Israeli that knows Hebrew know how to script from right to left. Every person outside of Israel that knows Hebrew knows how to script from right or left. It’s really as simple a concept as Hebrew is written from right to left.

And Hebrew writing wasn’t changed by the Holocaust. Seriously, why would it change?
