Why do many writers feel pressured to follow cliches when writing a novel? How can we break away from this and create original content?

I think the problem is in what original it is. Could be something never ever imagined or said? It's difficult that this thing exists.

Originality comes from a specific and consistent pov, that tries to be honest with the reader.
