How can I become a better writer as an INFP, as I have no ideas and no direction?

The first thing I had to do was to start calling myself a writer. The second thing I did was find other people who love writing as much (or more) than I do. When I was a singer/songwriter, I went to Open Mics and joined works-in-progress groups. As a creative writer of ALL the things, I joined a writing circle. Writing alone with others to support my expression is my favorite thing. I’m an INFP, too, so I know what it feels like to “not have direction.” The only way I found it was to make my own road.
