Which is more important for an author, writing or reading? Why?

For me it’s both. I read every single day and any genre that catches my attention. By reading antooheor authors work I am learning more about the craft while supporting other writers. I do love writing and have had hundreds of stories published. But reading is important for an author or at least for me it is.
