Write a journal.
Even if you lie in bed watching cat videos all day. Write about that. Everyday.
Before you start, turn to the last page and write “I died yesterday.” But cross that line out and start a new journal if you have more days than pages.
Do you actually want to write a book? Or do you only want to be able to point to a book and say, “I wrote that”? Because a ghostwriter can help you with that.
Usually the idea comes before the desire to write about it. It's the difference between being hungry and saying “I guess I should eat something.”
