Can you write an entire paragraph without using the letter R?

Well, maybe if I'm so etiquette in this monologue, then quite possibly yes.

Did you know that I can make sentences well because I am a highly educated teenaged woman? As I am typing this, I am not using the eighteenth alphabetical symbol in the English language. I feel so confident in this quite audacious act because the eighteenth alphabetical symbol has such a high level of significance. But, yet I am non-absentmindedly typing this up. Although this might not make sense to you, it does to me because of my ability to look at such long sentences, like this one at the moment. In the ninth month, I will be going to high school, which I am so excited about. Anyhow, that concludes my monologue, without the eighteenth alphabetical symbol! I'm not joking!
