Not going to do your homework for you, but I’ll give you advice. I wouldn’t like that question either - it’s the kind of thing they ask you in job interviews, But you can do it if you pad it and stick to short sentences. So you start with something like “I would say organization is important for several reasons”. Now you only need five more sentences. And they don’t even have to be five reasons. You can state a reason, one sentence, then in a separate sentence, give an example of what you mean.
