Writing and thinking constructively requires a subject, some thought about the positive aspects of that subject, some thought about the negative qualities about that subject, and, then, taking all of that information, deciding what you want to say.

Then, you choose the strongest, most positive, most colorful, most pertinent words to say what you want to say.

Thinking and writing constructively takes thought and time.
