How am I suppose to write my novel while avoiding adverbs as many authors say they're bad?

Stop worrying about the rules with the first draft. Not all adverbs need to be avoided anyway. You have creative license too so you can break certain rules if you break them well. Write your book and then send it to an editor and worry about eliminating unnecessary words during revision.
