Can you learn a new skill at any age?

Yes, God have given us this ability that we can learn at any age.

But their is little difference

For example:

if a young boy of 23 start learning the skill of typing and it require almost three months.

but if an old man start learning typing it take more time almost five to six months.

We can learn at any age only more hard work is needed.
