How do I improve my classroom management skills?

Classroom management skills:

Having good preparations on the subject content for presentation in the class.

Involving students in the teaching and learning process with the main focus on the students.

Being attentive and observant on all the students in the class which will encourage interaction in the teaching and learning process.

Reprimanding the students who are proactive when it is not necessary.

Using various approaches in teaching so as to make the lessons presentation interactive and interesting to learn.

Having assessment on the lessons taken for purpose of learning from mistakes and rectifying them. This will enhance the teaching and learning process.
