What skills or experiences have you valued most during your time at Facebook? How has this impacted your career?

Facebook… well I am wise, I read posts and notice how some people are full of shit while others are clueless. Now I have a lot of experience in a lot of what's asked or what people say, like driving a truck.26 years and I’ve seen almost everything. I can see through most peoples bullshit and I WILL call the on it,some people are pissed as hell, but I’ve been doing it long enough, they can’t say they no more. I don’t worry about my career cuz I am solid with my career, and I can teach those ones who want and need to know!!!
