You didnt mention your current skills sets or interests. 1) If you want to stay in QA, pick up some skills which is in demand in market like automation tools, RPA or performance testing of cloud based applications etc.
2) If you are interested in project management then do certifications related to that.
3) I also noticed that QA people can become very good product architects. You can explore that as well.
