What motivates you as a leader of a highly skilled team?

I love to see others grow and find the confidence to take on new challenges.

I’ve received a couple great pieces of advice from former leaders that help keep the end goal in mind:

A primary job of a leader is to build more leaders.

You should always be building yourself out of a job.

My goal is always to take care of those around me, provide support when they need it and watch them rise.
