I recently took the GST Plus course, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The primary issue was the lack of support from the staff. Every time I had a question or faced a problem, getting a response was like pulling teeth. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, my queries were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful replies.
Moreover, the fact that the entire support team is based in India seems to be a significant barrier. Not only did this complicate communication due to time zone differences, but it also felt like there was a disconnect and lack of understanding regarding my concerns.
Overall, the course was undermined by the inadequate support and responsiveness. If you value timely assistance and effective customer service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The GST Plus course might offer good content, but without reliable support, it’s simply not worth the frustration.
