What skills are necessary for programmers? Is creativity or logical thinking more important?

Both go hand in hand I think because of you are logical your programs may be perfect but no one will really be attracted while if you are only creative you may have some problem with logics(you may only pay attention to making it look good which is not really okay… I mean if the program doesn't give desirable output but is beautiful… won't work right?)

So having both gives the best outputs.(there may be more explanation to it but this is what I think and can explain… :)).
