What are some creative ways to highlight soft skills on a resume?

You need to give a brief of the tasks or assignment or event or project that you did where these skills were needed.

If you organised a cousins wedding end-to-end, it is an entire event management and organisation, planning, execution skills etc are demonstrated.

If you conducted an educational tour for your class - concept to execution, it covers many skills.

You can title the event or task.. and hint main reasons why you mention it…

For example, if you conducted a tour for classmates, most likely the decision (location, budget) making was toughest.

In a wedding, maintaining cordiality, warmth and cheer across is the challenge… it has to be necessarily a happy event! This requires ability bond across different cultures and this soft skill is a scarce one in the industry! … Talk about it…
